About Your ‘Art Pieces’

Materials

At the creative hub, we make sure to be rooted in using materials that are deemed imperfect and unwanted.
We create our ‘Art Pieces’ out of thrifted finds, dead stock and last cut fabric. We source them from local textile shops and thrift stores, and we consciously choose weaves that can withstand constant wear.

How to Clean

  1. Hand wash only- soak the article in a soapy water for 2 to 5 minutes depending on the severity of the stains. For persistent stains, grab a small brush with a detergent and gently brush the area until the stain is not visible
  2. Following the crease/seams, fold the piece into manageable size. Press gently to drain water. You may also set the washing machine to spin mode and let the machine drain the water. Do not put the article in an overloaded machine, preferable, spin it alone. Do not twist, or exert tension when handling the piece.
  3. Strictly, air dry only
  4. Use moderate to high heat when ironing/ steaming. Do a test run on a fabric to avoid damaging the garment. Follow the natural crease/ seams to flatten wrinkles. For best result, use steam.
