Dear Clients,
I would like to express my immense gratitude to all clients and patrons of Sanina.
Initially, Sanina was created to sell curated finds, and on the side, some reworked pieces. Prior to having Sanina, sewing was already my hobby, and something I was intensely interested in. I love mending and altering clothes, especially updating them to current trend because unwanted clothes were too good to be thrown away.
When I made the first two art pieces, it was, I believe— a flop in my mind. Everyone seemed to like the usual reworks (puff sleeves, and ruffles trims) since most of them were rehomed in a few weeks. The two pieces definitely had a sentimental value to me, remembering the rush of creativity to produce them, and I was hoping that people would see and love them the way I did. I was excited to show them since compared to the reworked pieces, it took almost a day for me to finish the design alone.
Flop— I told myself as I looked at the two pieces on the rack for I don’t know how long. Until Ms. Myeah commented mine on the first Art piece and Ms. Gilian on the second one.
The rest is just trying to be calm and collected every collection :D hahaha I always get the “i survived the hunger games” comments and messages after releases. It makes me laugh but at the same time fulfilling to see my clients interested in up cycled Sanina. Every tag and mentions never fail to make me smile gyud. You always look confident and beautiful!
Thank you so much for appreciating the craft I and the people behind the scenes make. We try to uphold transparency, sustainability, consistency, innovation and client engagement as we continue to do our best in creating quality pieces for every person and their unique body. Although we are always in work in progress and nowhere as near as the established brands, your trust and patience for Sanina is still overwhelming, especially during collection!
Also to the clients who stayed longer and still continue to believe in us, you are truly God’s sent! Thank you!
Our goal is to contribute even just .00001% in upcycling of old textile and clothes and not letting them go to landfills but instead to drawers and closets.
